By now you've probably figured out that we don't do things like most wineries. Our winemaking philosophy is simple: get the best grapes possible and try not to screw anything up. As pioneers of the Oregon nanowinery movement, we believe that one of the biggest advantages of our miniscule production is that we are able to pay very close attention to each fermenter; each barrel; each bottle. In a larger winery, it can be hard to stay on top of what's happening in every barrel... this is not typically a problem that the Fools have.
Below you can find information about each of our wines. If you are interested in ordering, have a look at our "where to buy" page for some options.

Steelhead Run Vineyard- Applegate Valley
A crispy, vibrant wine fermented and finished in stainless steel and third-fill French oak. The wine is faithful to the varietal: floral and tropical, with stone fruit and pineapple flavors. 13.3% ABV- 70 cases produced.

3 vineyards- Willamette Valley
Serious, sturdy, long-lived Pinot. Structured, complex, rich, and juicy. Ranked #29 out of 170 Pinots blind-tasted by Wine Press Northwest.
13.1% ABV- 225 cases produced.
2 vineyards- Willamette Valley
An elegant, softer style. Expressive aromas of summer strawberry lead into a polished palate of ripe cherry flavors, balanced acidity, and refined, velvety tannins.
13.8% ABV- 190 cases produced.
Del Rio Vineyard, Rogue Valley
A powerful wine made in the style of a Cote Rotie with flavors of blackberry, roses, cured meats, smoke, and earthy, tobacco tones.
13.8% ABV- 200 cases produced.
Kolibri Vineyard- Columbia Valley, Washington
Possibly our favorite wine to date. 31 days on the skins. Rich, bold, tight, and rambunctious; the definition of full bodied. Much aging potential here. 13.9% ABV- 99 cases produced.
